Breakfast was exceptional with high quality range of food,staff attentive to replace items that were running low; staff generally were very friendly and helpful. Location very close to bus and train stations. We also stayed at a Super hotel at the end of our trip in Tokyo where breakfast was only average,due to lack of kitchen space and food was unvaried and lacking inspiration.

The breakfast provided was great - plenty of dishes to choose from, and a good selection for people with dietary requirements (gluten intolerance, etc). A good walking distance to places to eat within town.

Clean and convenient. Room had all I needed for a reasonable price, onsen was nice too. The staff af the front (Ms. Atarashi) was incredibly helpful and pleasant.

About 5-minute walk to the JR and bus stations and 10-minute to the MOO Market. Small but cozy room with comfortable mattress and free choice of pillows. Simple breakfast but good enough for travelers.

I was really impressed that I was assigned a room on the top floor of the hotel that can partially view the 釧路大漁どんぱく花火大会. I didn't realize what the event was initially.
